Pet Policy

Full Pet Policy: 
  • Types of pets allowed: Dogs, cats, birds, fish. Restrictions: 2 dogs, or 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat or 2 birds.
  • One Time $300 pet fee, not a deposit, no monthly charge.
  • Guide, Service, and emotional dogs are permitted. Valid documentation will be required.
  • Fish tanks allowed up to 50 gallons.
  • Birds must remain caged at all time. No Parrots.
  • Prohobited: caged rodents - rabit, rats, gerbils guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrets or similar, exotic pets, snakes, lizards, spiders, scorpians, exotic cat breeds. Subject to approval if outside of this list. 
  • Restricted breeds: Pitbull, Mastiff, Doberman, Chow, German or Australian Sheperd, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Siberian Husky, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Malamute, American Eskimo, Mountain Dog, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Dog or Hybrid, Akita, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo. Any other breed which is bred to be a guard OR attack dog. Any mix breed are subject to approval.
